Orange Beach, Alabama-Day 3

The weather finally cleared up on Saturday, about mid-morning. We hurried and grabbed our kites, sand buckets and beach towels and rushed out to the beach before it changed it's mind. Ha! We spent the next 4 hours playing in the water (which was freezing cold) and building sand castles, and flying kites. It was so relaxing! Enjoy our pictures!

Such a beautiful part of God's creation! I love to sit and watch and listen to the ocean!Their favorite place to play!

Uncle Joe talked Jorden and Taylor into letting him bury them....

Nothing but the toes and head sticking out.

Jacob loved playing in the water! I couldn't believe it, because it was soooo COLD!

Burying Taylor...He had so much fun!

Buried treasure!!

We took a couple of kites with us to fly. The wind was perfect for this!
Here is Jeff with the biggest one we took.
It would literally move your arm up and down while you were flying it.
My arm was sore from holding it, but it was so pretty!
Taylor taking a turn with the kite.
Beautiful!!
