Parties and Presents

Last week was Taylor's 10th birthday and we had to celebrate it over the course of several days due to his illness. Below are some pictures from that big event. He wanted his own aquarium with "African Dwarf Frogs" for his room so many of the pictures are of us setting that up and the end results. We didn't put the frogs in till this past Tuesday because you have to let the water warm up and the aquarium acclimate so to speak. We purchased 4 frogs and are happy to say so far they are all still alive!! If you look close you can see one of them. They are so cute! The boys are having so much fun watching them. They want to know if they will have baby frogs...how on earth can you tell which ones are boys and which ones are girls? Do we even have both kinds in there? I'll keep you posted if we find out! This is really a good pet! Jeff and I are weenies when it comes to pets and have wimped out on dogs, cats, birds ect...for various reasons. We did have a hamster for about a month last fall that we "hamstersat" and that went pretty good but for now fish and frogs seem to be about all we can deal with. We have a large aquarium in our living room with 9 fish currently swimming around. Now Jorden has decided that he wants his own aquarium of frogs for his room as well. Anyway, enjoy the pictures!
