Last Sunday Jorden was in a Christmas choric reading at our church. A friend from church, Holly Walker directed it. It was adapted from Max Lucado’s book “A Cosmic Christmas”. They did a great job!! It was very moving. I wish I had videoed it to post on here for you to watch. There weren’t many dry eyes in the church. I loved how she decorated the platform and how they dressed.
Krista was an angel, my dad was God, Jorden was Joseph, Sue and Carol played two parts-an angel and a demon, Ben was the angel Gabriel, Corticia was Mary, Joseph was Satan and Wayne was the Inn Keeper.
This past Monday night our school had it’s annual Christmas program. Jorden sang in the high school choir, Jacob and Taylor were in the play and my Kindergarten class sang and did the Nativity. (Oh, and Jeff prayed the closing prayer! Ha!)
This is the High School choir. Jorden is the shortest boy you see there. (He is also the youngest) I apologize for the back of the heads you see there.
Huck (Travis), Becky (Caitlan), Tom (Drew), Aunt Polly (Brittany)

Jacob was also a “jack in the box” along with Luke and Chauncy.
This is my class along with the K3/K4 and 1st and 2nd grade classes. We sang two songs during the scenery changes.
This is the Indians rescuing the children. Our son, Taylor is the first Indian on the left.
Taylor was also a “Toy Maker” (last one on the right). This is the “backwards doll” (Candace) and the Toy Makers-Spencer, Caleb, and Taylor
The rest of the dolls-Maddie, Madison, Danielle, Carrington, Melanie and Candace. The toy makers are in the back.
My Kindergarten class, along with the Preschool and 1st and 2nd grade were the Nativity as well. They were so adorable!!
My three little guys!
Jeff and I and our three boys attended the Pell City Christmas Parade, Thursday night which our school participated in…Jorden was asked to walk beside the float with some other teens from the school and pass out candy canes. Jacob and Taylor were asked to ride on the float. At the last minute, Jeff and I also had the privilege of riding on the float. It was extremely cold!!! In fact, I lost contact with my feet… but it was fun. We enjoyed acting silly and “smiling and waving”. Lots of people came out to see the parade this year. It was funny, because everyone was dressed in their winter gear…lots of it. We got tickled at many of them! But we looked pretty funny ourselves I guess.
Waiting for the parade to start.
The truck that pulled our trailer.

It was a really fun time. I am glad we got to do it!
