Vacation in Ohio (part 2)

We spent most of Monday resting. The boys were still coughing pretty bad that day so we didn’t plan too much. Jeff took me shopping at this wonderful little thrift store that his sister Joan introduced us to. I love going there every time we go up.

Tuesday we went on a hike to Brandywine Falls. What a beautiful place to hike!! Jeff and I had been before when we lived there, but had never taken this hike. Here are some pictures of our day there.

IMG_4251 The boys liked climbing out on this “tree bridge”. Jacob didn’t want to get his feet wet though. :o)

IMG_4256 Wonder what they were thinking about?

Dad decided to wait for us at the halfway point. IMG_4288 Taylor was still recovering from an asthma flare up. The hike about “did him in”.IMG_4289 Looking up from below the rocks.

Although the hike was only 1.5 miles, it was very strenuous and there were a lot of stairs and a steep grade. We made it though we felt it in our legs the rest of the week. Ha!

"Lord, Thank you for Jacob."
I absolutely love that boy.
Can't wait to see how God uses him.
BTW, I love the other boys too, but we sanguines do need to stick together.
