When I look back at the previous years pictures of our boys first day of school, I want to cry! They are growing up and changing so fast!!! I wish I could stop time!! But that is not the way God designed it so I must let go and enjoy every second I have left with them.
We always take a picture of them standing in front of our front door in the living room. It gives us an idea of how much they’ve grown since last year.
Jorden enters 9th grade! (yikes! he only has 4 yrs left!!)
Taylor is headed to Jr High!-7th grade this year. (he has changed the most in the last two years!)
Jacob, our baby is going into 5th grade. Only two years of Elementary left. (sniff, sniff)
Jacob is the only one who will let us go to his classroom and take a picture of him sitting in his desk on the first day. The other two would be mortified!
Jacob has a new teacher-Mr. Nate Orvis. I have heard so much about him in these first three days of school! Jacob really likes him!
I did grab a quick picture of the boys as they came in from P.E. on the first day. Taylor gets to have a locker this year. Cool stuff!!
Jorden is old hat at this locker business. But he looks happy to be back in school!
