This was our year to spend Christmas at home. While I always enjoy going to Ohio for Christmas with our family there, I always enjoy our years at home. There’s something about getting up out of your own bed to watch your kids open gifts that surround your own Christmas tree. I am really big on traditions! But it is very hard to do that when every other year you are out of town.
So here are pictures from our Christmas morning at home. Warning, they are pretty scary looking. We don’t get dressed or comb our hair or do anything to look beautiful before we open presents on Christmas morning.
One more candle to light-the “Jesus candle”
The kids are so excited!! We can hardly contain them.
Jeff reading the Christmas Story…
Let the party begin…
Taylor is excited about the whoppers he got in his stocking!
Don’t know what he’s opening, but it must be a winner by the look on Jorden’s face.
Love his cheesy grins!
Fun times ahead with backyard football!!
We got each of the boys a ipod shuffle this year. They are really enjoying them.
Christmas is so fun! But such a mess! Look at that floor…
Ah! I wondered where he had gotten off to….
Not winning any beauty contests here….
Somebody looks pretty tired!! Up late last night were you?
I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas
